El siguiente estudio se efectuó para identificar la relación entre el Clima de Seguridad y los Factores de Riesgo Psicosocial con la modificación conductual en el ambiente laboral. Se implementó un Programa de Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento que incluyó diferentes intervenciones diseñadas y basadas en los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación del Cuestionario para identificar los Factores de Riesgo Psicosocial y evaluar el entorno organizacional en los centros de trabajo incluido en la NOM-035-STPS-2018, así como de la generación de una Lista de  Conductas Clave.
Se obtuvo que el 61% de la población en estudio presenta un nivel de riesgo alto, siendo las categorías “Factores propios de la actividad” en el dominio Carga de trabajo y “Organización del tiempo de trabajo” en el dominio Jornada de trabajo los de mayor puntaje y que estos factores junto son el Clima de Seguridad percibido por el personal podían influenciar la conducta.

The following study was carried out to identify the relationship between the Safety Climate and the Psychosocial Risk Factors with the behavioral modification in the work environment. A Behavior-Based Safety Program was implemented that included different interventions designed and based on the results obtained from the application of the Questionnaire to identify Psychosocial Risk Factors and evaluate the organizational environment in the work centers included in NOM-035- STPS-2018, as well as the generation of a List of Key Behaviors.
It was obtained that 61% of the study population presents a high level of risk, being the categories "Factors characteristic of the activity" in the domain Workload and "Organization of working time" in the domain. higher score and that these factors together are the Safety Climate perceived by the staff could influence the behavior.
